Our approach is based on variables, set by the client.
Training, combined with coaching, is still very effective in a stable environment. In a less stable environment, or in cases of major changes, the best approach will be training, combined with consulting (i.e. competence- and change management). This will ensure a long term change in behavior and attitude.
The goal is always to improve organisation processes as well as to improve the performance of the employees. Paricipants in our training programs will discover what they can achieve with their own (improved) skills. Their involvement in the process will dramatically increase because of that.
A burst of energy will be the result. This is the foundation for a lasting effect on optimalisation of the organisation's turn-over.
